Edith’s work has finally begun to receive critical attention. An essay by Paul Bernard-Nouraud, Notes sur l’œuvre d’Edith Borger, investigates her art and its historic and artistic context.

Paul Bernard-Nouraud is an art historian, graduated from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, and a Aesthetics PhD from the School of High Studies in Social Sciences of Paris (EHESS). His latest book, L’Art d’après Auschwitz deals with the relationships between the memories of Auschwitz and contemporary art.
